Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of digital and physical products, including books, pads, notebooks, and workbooks (collectively, "Products") from The Content Consultancy ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order with us, The Content Consultancy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Orders and Acceptance

2.1. You may place orders for Products through our website or other designated channels.

2.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.

2.3. Your order will be deemed accepted when we send you a confirmation email.

  1. Pricing and Payment

3.1. All prices are stated in sterling (GBP).

3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the payment methods we accept.

3.3. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

  1. Delivery

4.1. Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays.

4.2. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to the address provided by you.

4.3. If delivery is unsuccessful, we may charge a redelivery fee.

  1. Digital Products

5.1. Digital Products will be made available for download upon receipt of payment.

5.2. You may download and use the Digital Products for your personal use only.

5.3. You may not resell, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Digital Products.

  1. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Physical Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

* The Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

* Any tags or labels must be intact.

* You must provide proof of purchase.

6.2. Digital Products are non-refundable.

6.3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Intellectual Property

7.1. All intellectual property rights in the Products and our website are owned by us or our licensors.

7.2. You may not use our intellectual property for any purpose other than as permitted by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from the sale or use of the Products is limited to the purchase price of the Products.

8.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  1. Governing Law

9.1. This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of it or in connection with its subject matter or formation shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. We agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of this agreement.

  1. Amendments

10.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

10.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
