PANEL SESSION 1: Mental Health – Signs, Symptoms & Strategies
The first panel of the day will invite discussion around recognising signs of 'bad' mental health in ourselves and others; how to have difficult conversations with others; how to identify when we need help, or when to take some time away from our businesses. Chantal is a Integrative Counsellor and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). With a First-Class Honours degree in Counselling, Chantal has dedicated her career to supporting individuals on their healing journeys. She originally spent 30 years in the corporate sector as a sales professional in Information Technology, where she developed strong managerial and communication skills.
A significant change in personal circumstances marked a turning point in Chantal’s career. Witnessing the profound impact of trauma and adverse childhood experiences inspired her to pursue a new path in counselling, motivated by a desire to help others navigate and recover from similar challenges. She returned to university to retrain, and now runs a successful private practice. Additionally, Chantal serves as the Head of Counselling for a large counselling charity in Winchester.
Chantal brings a wealth of experience from both her previous corporate career and her current role in mental health. This unique combination of business acumen and compassionate understanding enables her to offer a well-rounded perspective on the challenges individuals face and the best strategies for support and recovery.
Jude Price Walk N Talk 4 Mental Health
Jude is the Founder and CEO of Walk N Talk 4 Mental Health. She is also a passionate advocate for mental health and a campaigner dedicated to eradicating stigma.
Jude is a public speaker and trainer with a life story that others have described as "inspiring and real." Having overcome adversity to reach where she is today, Jude is fervent about encouraging others to discover and express their true selves.
With a diverse background in life experience, psychology, art psychotherapy, teaching, and training, Jude possesses a wide range of skills. Navigating life with dyslexia and dyspraxia and overcoming mental health challenges, her strength lies in resilience. Intrigued by science and fascinated by the power of the mind, she has delved into neurodiversity, mental health, and the connection with the creative brain.
Jude's journey demonstrates the power of an inquiring mind, exploring different paths and returning with valuable insights. She encourages others to step out of their comfort zones and unleash their creative energy.

PANEL SESSION 2: Mental Health & Mindset
We have bought together a group of professional to discuss 'mindset'. With a wide variety of past experiences there will be discussions about imposter syndrome, limiting beliefs, things that drive us, barriers we put up, difficulties we face and how to overcome them even when we feel exhausted, stressed, burnt out, etc.

Adrian has been a personal, career, and business Coach and Mentor since 2020, in parallel to his role as an IT Security Professional.
He obtained his coaching certification from the Institute of Continuing Education at the University of Cambridge in 2021, and opened Hammill Consulting his Coaching Practice the same year. He is a member of the EMCC and Association of Coaching.
Through coaching others, Adrian has developed a deep interest in the challenges faced with mental health and neurodiversity and has focused his coaching development in these areas, qualifying as a Mental Health First Aider.

After being diagnosed with depression in 2010, Emma quickly recognised the importance of having support around you during life’s ups and downs.
Ten years later, she found herself alone in her childhood bedroom launching her first business, EC Writes, an Instagram coaching business that supports event professionals across Surrey.
